They\u2019re really tasty &#8211; as our office dogs will agree &#8211; packed with potassium-rich banana and a pinch of cinnamon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-servings\"><strong>Servings<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>3 &#8211; 4 pancakes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-what-you-ll-need\"><strong>What you&#8217;ll need<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\" id=\"block-280791a2-d999-4da2-9881-df6e92d7b7fe\"><li>2 mashed bananas<\/li><li>2 eggs<\/li><li>30g coconut flour&nbsp;<\/li><li>A pinch of ground cinnamon<\/li><li>Rapeseed or coconut oil for frying<\/li><li>Your dog\u2019s favourite toppings: we used blueberries and peanut butter (xylitol-free)<\/li><li>Mixing bowl<\/li><li>Non-stick pan<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-method\"><strong>Method<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Mix together the eggs and mashed banana until combined<\/li><li>Add the coconut flour and the ground cinnamon, and mix well<\/li><li>If your batter is a bit dry, just add a little bit of water<\/li><li>Heat a non-stick pan on a medium heat and add your oil<\/li><li>Once hot, add a spoonful of your mixture to the pan<\/li><li>Cook for 2-3 mins (or until golden brown) then give it a flip<\/li><li>Once the pancake is cooked through, transfer to a plate and repeat with the rest of your mixture<\/li><li>Add your toppings and tuck in!<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>The pancakes will keep in an airtight container in the fridge for a few days, or in the freezer for up to a month &#8211; that&#8217;s if you don&#8217;t eat them all&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We hope your dog loves their pancake treat!
