And there\u2019s no reason we can\u2019t share our love of brunch with our dogs. The good news is, there\u2019s plenty of dog-friendly breakfast foods out there, from eggs to fruit. Just don\u2019t forget to make sure it\u2019s fed as part of a balanced diet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Summer usually means sitting in the garden with something light and fruity for brunch. Fruit is a great option for dogs as it\u2019s packed with nutrients and offers something a little bit different for them to snack on. Bananas, berries and apples (no pips, please!) are all dog-friendly. Not sure if it\u2019s suitable? We\u2019ve got you. What more could you want!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Servings:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>1 &#8211; 2 depending on your dog<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What you\u2019ll need:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>10g (2tsp) of oats<\/li><li>A dozen or so blueberries (or swap for strawberries)<\/li><li>1 teaspoon of low or lactose-free yoghurt (it\u2019s also good with goat\u2019s milk)<\/li><li>100ml of cold water<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Method:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Super simple &#8211; pop all your ingredients into a blender and whizz until smooth!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And if you\u2019re feeling fancy, top the smoothie with a berry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Our top tips:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Why not try freezing the berries first &#8211; a perfect treat for a hot summer\u2019s day<\/li><li>Pour the mix into a tupperware and freeze it for easy dog-friendly ice cream<\/li><li>Toast the oats first for added crunch<\/li><li>Try adding a teaspoon of honey<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We hope your dog loves this smoothie as much as our office dogs do!
