Experiencing a smiling, panting dog in your face is sweet, but the odour of dog breath is not always a pleasant one.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight:400\">We&#8217;ve used fresh mint to help improve that pesky dog breath. Both mint and parsley are useful herbs which, if given in small amounts, are safe and beneficial for your dog.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight:400\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-727\" src=\"https:\/\/tailsdogfood.files.wordpress.com\/2016\/08\/recipe4.png\" alt=\"recipe4\" width=\"628\" height=\"579\" srcset=\"https:\/\/tails.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/recipe4.png 628w, https:\/\/tails.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/recipe4-300x277.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 628px) 100vw, 628px\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight:400\">230g of brown rice flour<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight:400\">2 tablespoons of finely chopped fresh mint<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight:400\">4 tablespoons of finely chopped fresh parsley<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight:400\">\u00a01 egg, beaten<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight:400\">2 tablespoons of olive oil<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight:400\">1 tablespoon of honey<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight:400\">1-3 tablespoons of water<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-724\" src=\"https:\/\/tailsdogfood.files.wordpress.com\/2016\/08\/recipe1.png\" alt=\"recipe1\" width=\"628\" height=\"579\" srcset=\"https:\/\/tails.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/recipe1.png 628w, https:\/\/tails.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/recipe1-300x277.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 628px) 100vw, 628px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Cooking Instructions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight:400\">&#8211; Preheat oven to 200<\/span><b>\u00b0<\/b><span style=\"font-weight:400\">C<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight:400\">&#8211; Get two mixing bowls. In the first bowl, blend the flour, mint and parsley leaves together<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight:400\">&#8211; In another bowl, briskly whisk up the honey and olive oil<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight:400\">&#8211; Add both mixtures together and then add the egg to the mix. Stir well<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight:400\">&#8211; Add the water, a teaspoon\u00a0at a time, to help the dough come together<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight:400\">&#8211; Knead the dough for 3-5 minutes until quite firm and sticky<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight:400\">&#8211; Using a rolling pin, roll the mixture to the desired thickness, depending on how thick you would like the biscuits to be for your dog. We rolled ours to be about 3mm thick<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight:400\">&#8211; Line a baking tray with baking paper<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight:400\">&#8211; Cut the biscuits into your chosen shape\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight:400\">&#8211; Place the baking tray into the oven, and bake for 15 minutes<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-726\" src=\"https:\/\/tailsdogfood.files.wordpress.com\/2016\/08\/recipe3.png\" alt=\"recipe3\" width=\"628\" height=\"579\" srcset=\"https:\/\/tails.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/recipe3.png 628w, https:\/\/tails.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/recipe3-300x277.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 628px) 100vw, 628px\" \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p>After a few biscuits,\u00a0Bandit&#8217;s breath definitely had a new, subtle scent of mint added to it.
