PRIZE: There will be 3 winners. Each winner will receive travel expenses to and from the shoot, a bundle of professionally captured digital images of their dog from the shoot, the opportunity for their dog to be featured in Tails.com’s 2025 Christmas marketing campaign, a complimentary lunch on the day of the shoot, as well as a Tails.com goodie bag.
How to enter
- Participants must complete the official application form, available via the specific competition post, in full. Only one entry per dog will be accepted. By submitting the form, participants consent to being contacted by Tails.com for purposes related to this competition.

Your data
- Tails.com reserve the right to use the names and any user-submitted images or videos of winners publicly, both online and in print in perpetuity and without compensation.
- Tails.com is a subscription service and all participants must comply with standard account T’s & C’s.
- By submitting the application form, participants agree to be contacted by Tails.com for purposes related to this competition.
- Your details will need to be collected for the purpose of the competition to organise prizes. These will not be stored for longer than 1 month after the competition closes in case of reapplications. After this time they will be deleted.
Additional conditions and liabilities
- Winners must be available on July 30th 2025 for this prize.
- 1 dog only per winner.
- Travel expenses will only be paid up to the value of £100 per winner. If travel is less than £100, the winner will not receive the difference. If travel is more than £100, the winner will be required to cover the excess.
- Travel expenses will be paid when appropriate documentation or details requested by Tails.com is supplied by the winner. Failure to supply this may mean travel expenses are not paid.
- While every effort will be made to include selected dogs in our campaign, Tails.com reserves the right to withdraw any images that are not deemed suitable for our marketing purposes. As such, inclusion in the final campaign content is not guaranteed.
- If your dog shows signs of stress, discomfort, or sensitivity during the shoot, our on-site vet and behaviourist will intervene and may politely ask you to step away from the session. This is to prioritise your dog’s wellbeing and to help maintain a calm, safe environment for all dogs, owners, and crew members involved.
- There is no entry fee.
- Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged and there are no cash alternatives.
- Exact prize contents may differ from promotional images.
- The winner will be chosen at random.
- The winner will be notified via email in response to their application.
- Prizes will be available upon confirmation of acceptance.
- Winners must accept their prize within 48 hours of notification. If they do not, they will forfeit and another winner will be chosen.
- This competition is open to new and existing Tails.com customers.
- You must be 18 years or over to enter and a resident of the UK (excl. Channel Islands and Northern Ireland) to win.
- Tails.com is not responsible for any costs incurred by winners.
- The delivery address for the prize must be within the UK mainland.
- Prizes will be awarded at the discretion of Tails.com.
- Tails.com cannot accept responsibility for any damage, loss, or injury to you or your pet as a result of entering the competition or accepting a prize.

- These Terms and Conditions are to be interpreted in accordance with English law and any dispute arising out of these Terms or their subject matter is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
- We reserve the right to end, extend or amend this competition at any time.
- We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant if there are reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of these terms.
- We reserve the right to refuse entry or disqualify any entrant whose conduct may be unlawful or otherwise bring the promotion into disrepute.
- In the event of disqualification, we reserve the right to award the prize to another entrant.
- Employees/contractors of Tails.com and its affiliates and any other persons or employees/contractors of companies associated with this promotion and members of the families and house of any such persons are not eligible to enter and will be invalid. We reserve the right to verify eligibility of all entrants.
- We are not responsible for any late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupted or misdirected entries. Any incorrect information provided will render the entry void.
