Hello, I am a current customer and our dog Quest seems to be enjoying the monthly food when it arrives. I’ve tweaked it a bit in the last month or so by omitting beef which to my surprise has not changed Quest’s time to devour each bowl. From his point of view its definitely a 5 out of 5.
I had previously watched the behind the scenes video before subscribing but thought I would watch it again today as I have been on the Facebook site and there has been a post put on the Dog Friendly UK page where a person has indicated that Tails carry out unethical testing of their products.
From your video I have seen that you use palatability testing, which for me would seem obvious if you are making food for dogs – need to make sure they are going to eat it. But what I cannot see on your site is any information with regards to where the ingredients, supplements etc come from. I would hope that 100% of the ingredients are sourced from ethically tested sources. I look forward to your reply and maybe the information being more prominent on your information. Thank you. Quest looks forward to his next delivery – hope this does not have to change.

Our dog is quite a fussy eater and gets bored with food quickly; since switching to tails he eats everything all the time (Sine June 2018) . Ordering process is easy, reliable; it is easy to delay new orders if needed.

The only testing we do is with willing participants – our office dogs rarely turn down an opportunity to taste-test the food! We have never tested tails.com products on laboratory animals and have no plans to do so in the future.
