Subscribing to Tails.com is a simple three step process. 1) Visit our website and answer a few questions about your dog’s age, breed, lifestyle and health goals. 2) Based on this information, we'll create their personalised meal plan and show you the monthly cost. 3) Once you're happy, you can proceed to checkout and set up your flexible monthly delivery.
Your monthly box delivers your dog’s tailored kibble. But you can also choose to add a selection of delicious wet food recipes, treats, dental chews and other goodies to your recurring order, all perfectly portioned and suited to your dog's needs. Oh and poo bags - don’t forget those…
Our wet food recipes are designed to complement your dog’s tailored kibble, and fit into your dog’s personalised meal plan to keep them in great shape. So they’ll come as part of your monthly delivery if you choose to add them. However, if you want a few extra trays, you can order a “wet food top-up” in your online account, or buy wet food and treats directly from our separate online shop.
If you’re in the mainland UK, your monthly subscription delivery is free! We also offer a nominated day delivery service with DPD in some UK areas for an additional charge of £3.99. Our online shop offers free shipping for all orders over £30.
You can manage your deliveries easily via your online Dashboard or by visiting our Delivery Hub.
Our couriers will attempt delivery and may leave your box in a safe place or with a neighbour if you're not at home. If delivery is unsuccessful, they will usually leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel from a local depot. You can track your deliveries on your online Dashboard or via our Deliveries Hub.
Yes, you can easily pause your Tails.com subscription at any time. Simply log in to your online account, navigate to your 'Deliveries' or 'Account' section, and select the option to pause your deliveries for as long as you need to.
You can update your subscription details at any time by logging into your online Dashboard. Here, you can manage your deliveries, update your dog's details, edit your account information, and make changes to their monthly box.
You can cancel your Tails.com subscription at any time. Log in to your online Dashboard, scroll down to the 'Quick Links' section, choose 'Cancel', and follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation. Please ensure you check the 'last date for changes' for your next delivery, as we can’t cancel an existing delivery once it's in progress. You will receive an email confirming your cancellation.
We love meeting new dogs, and we love seeing the results tailored nutrition achieves. So we occasionally offer promotions for new customers, such as a discount on your first box (e.g., 50% off) or a certain number of meals free.
