Every month, we’ll draw the name of 1 lucky winner.
The lucky winner will receive a whopping £100 in credit. (Now that’s a lot of treats.)
The credit can be spent on their choice of food and treats.

Once you've entered the prize draw via email (keep an eye on your inboxes each month), you'll be in with a chance of winning! And the longer you’re with us, the more chances you’ll have to win - you'll get an extra entry for each month you've had an order from us.

Every customer who enters and has an active subscription with tails.com at the time of drawing the winner will be eligible for our prize draw competition. Winner will be drawn on the last Thursday of each month and in order to be eligible, customers must have an active subscription for the full duration of 00:01 AM to 23:59 PM on the last Thursday of the month. Each customer will receive one entry for every monthly order of tails.com they have received up until the day of drawing the winner. For customers with more than one pet active, the longest standing active pet’s order count will be used to calculate the number of entries. The first prize of £100 credit will be in the form of a one-off application of credit to a customer's account. This applies to dry food, wet food, treats and poo bags. This excludes any items from our Christmas range. The winner will be withdrawn from future draws for 12 months. After 12 months they will become eligible for draws again. Employees and ‘Friends and Family’ are not eligible to participate. Credit cannot be exchanged for cash. The winner will be contacted directly by email or phone.
